Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wally’s Party Factory. We will happily accept returns for up to 365 days from the date of purchase. In order to smooth the returns process, please include a copy of the RMA form with returned items. We will credit returns to the original form of payment.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products:

  • Helium tanks;
  • Opened food and candy; or
  • Used temporary tattoos, makeup, facial hair, wigs, or teeth.

We will always strive to make you happy. But we reserve the right to limit or refuse any return of merchandise at any time if accepting the return would be unfair to our other customers.


How to return an online purchase to WallysPartyFactory.com:

Please read through our return policy above to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

Step 1: Request an RMA

  • All return products require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Please request an RMA within 365 days of purchase.
  • To request a return, simply fill out the RMA form and click Send.

Step 2: Check your email for a printable RMA form.

  • You should receive a printable RMA form in your email within 2-business days. If there is a problem, we will contact you.

Step 3: Follow the RMA directions for shipping the item(s) back to WallysPartyFactory.com.

  • Please pack the returnable items in an appropriate box, write the RMA number on the outside, and return to us by your preferred shipper. We will credit your return as soon as it arrives.

How to return an online purchase to our retail store.

You may return your WallysPartyFactory.com online purchase to any of our Wally’s Party Factory or Card & Party Factory store locations. You will need to take your original packing slip and the product you wish to return with you. To find a store location near you, visit our Store Locator.


How do I calculate shipping cost?

Most orders placed by 1:00 pm CST (Central Standard Time), Monday-Friday, will usually ship the same day, providing payment information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Costume orders should be placed by 10:00 am CST in order to insure they ship the same day.  The shipping cost is the same regardless of how many boxes it takes to complete the order.

For shipments to the U.S. contiguous-48 states only:

  • Standard (1 – 5 days) – $9.95
    This is the most economical shipping choice, however this shipping method does not come with a shipment delivery time guarantee. If you have a question regarding an estimated time of delivery, please contact customer service.  Note: This is the only method of shipping for items that are considered Hazardous Materials*.

UPS Delivery Time Guaranteed Shipping Methods

  • 2-Day Air (2 days) – $24.95    
  • 1-Day Air (1 day) – $39.95

 

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico only:

  • Standard (3 – 7 days) – $39.95
    This is the most economical shipping choice, however this shipping method does not come with a shipment delivery time guarantee. If you have a question regarding an estimated time of delivery, please contact customer service.

UPS Delivery Time Guaranteed Shipping Methods for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico only:

  • 2-Day Air (2 days) – $54.95
  • 1-Day Air (1 day) – $99.95

*Currently we do not ship Hazardous Materials to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  Items that are considered Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) may be charged an additional fee at checkout.


How do I get free shipping?

When you are ready to checkout, as long as your total order is more than $60 after any coupon is applied but before taxes or fees, then you will receive our economy shipping rate free of charge. Should you need to upgrade to a faster shipping method, or you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, then you will receive a $9.95 discount on that rate.

This UPS ground freight transit time map is presented to give you an estimate of the time it takes for our economy shipping to reach your destination.  UPS does not guarantee these times.  For a guaranteed time you should order 2-day or 1-day service.


Has my order been shipped?

Before you contact us, please visit the check the “Track My Orderpage. Also, once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Please be aware that sometimes items will ship from multiple warehouses, so if you have received one box that has a packing list that shows other items shipped separately, please wait one to two days as many shipments do become separated and arrive at different times.


My order arrived damaged.

We strive to properly pack every order, though sometimes accidents happen. If there are any problems with your order, then please fill-out an RMA request form and we will replace the item(s) for you immediately.


When will an “Out of Stock” item be back in stock?

Wally’s Party Factory offers more than 30,000 products. Our goal is to be in-stock 100% of the time. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances arise that are out of our hands. We apologize and will strive to get that item back in stock as soon as possible. At this time, we are not taking backorders for out-of-stock items.


Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We will only add sales tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to the state of Texas (7.75% of your total order) or Oklahoma (local rates apply). Please note that Texas and Oklahoma charge sales tax for shipping & handling. We will add sales tax automatically to your order total during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than Texas or Oklahoma we will not charge sales tax.

If you are not tax exempt, you will need to pay the sales tax in one of two ways. If your order ships to Texas or Oklahoma we will collect sales tax at the time of order on your behalf. If your order ships to a state other than Texas or Oklahoma that charges sales tax, we will not collect sales tax from you. Instead, your state department of revenue may require you to file and pay a tax. For more information, please contact your state and/or local government.


What if we are tax exempt?

If your organization is exempt from your state’s sales tax, please fax a properly completed sales tax exemption to 972-875-6977. Once received, we will mark your account as tax exempt, and notify you to continue your order. For a blank form, click Texas, Oklahoma.


Can I use more than one promo code?

Unfortunately, you can only use one promotion code per order. Promotion offers cannot be combined.


Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we are not accepting orders from customers outside of the United States and Puerto Rico. Please check back as this policy may change in the future.


Is the online price and availability the same as in my
local store?

Our pricing may vary from store to store and online. Most
products on the website are available in-store. If the item is only available
online, we will note it as “Online Only”. Your local store will gladly check if
an item is in-stock; to find your local store’s phone number, please click here.


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Our warehouse is not equipped for retail shoppers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
